When you Apply Online, instant credit decisions are available. Certain applications may take 24 to 48 hours.
You must be at least 18 years of age, must not have filed for bankruptcy in the last 5 years and not have been sent to collections in the previous 3 years. Your monthly income must be at least $1,500. These are the minimum requirements for approval with Advance Care. If you do not meet these minimal requirements you may wish to consider utilizing a co-signer.
You can be approved for up to $25,000 or more with excellent credit.
If you have experienced credit challenges in the past, Advance Care will work diligently with you to provide you the best opportunity for approval. Utilizing a co-signer is always a good option if you feel your credit is damaged.
Your interest rate and terms are based on your own individual credit history as well as your current financial situation. The better your credit, the better interest rate and terms you are likely to receive.
No. As long as you make your minimum monthly payments as required, you can pay your balance off at your own pace. You may pay the balance as quickly as you like or take as long as necessary.
Advance Care will work with your physician to be able to utilize our services if they are not currently one of our providers. Please have them contact us.
Once you are approved you may choose to use your card for other members of your family.

Yes. Applying involves a standard hard credit inquiry, which may have a temporary effect on your credit score. This is standard practice for any credit card application.
Your credit tier determines your approval amount and promotional terms. Excellent credit typically qualifies for higher credit limits and longer interest-free periods. Good and Fair credit may qualify for lower limits or shorter promotional terms. All approvals are subject to your individual credit review.
If you are not approved for the Advance Care Card, you may still be eligible for a medical installment loan through mymedicalfunding.com, our preferred alternative financing partner. It's a separate product with its own approval criteria, giving you a second path to funding your procedure.

There is no published minimum score. Approval is based on your full credit profile — credit history, income (minimum $1,500/month), and the absence of recent bankruptcies (last 5 years) or collections (last 3 years). Applicants across Excellent, Good, and Fair credit tiers may qualify.

Advance Care Card is issued through APF Services and accepted at enrolled specialty and elective medical providers across the U.S. CareCredit is a separate product issued by Synchrony Bank with its own provider network. Both offer promotional financing, but acceptance networks, terms, and eligibility requirements differ between the two.
